Camping na Cachoerinha (com Coletivo Corrosivo)
Trabalho realizado com o Coletivo Corrosivo nos arredores do Centro Cultural da Juventude na Vila Nova Cachoeirinha em 2009. Convidamos pessoas para acampar conosco durante 30 horas no Largo do Japonês, região central do bairro e área próxima ao lugar da hoje canalizada cachoeira que deu nome ao bairro.,,,,,
Work accomplished with Corrosivo collective on the sorroundings of Centro Cultural da Juventude at Vila Nova Cachoeirinha* district at 2009. We invited people to camp with us in the Largo do Japonês** central district area next to the no longer existent waterfall that gives the district`s name.
*cachoeirinha means little waterfall
**During the day the location is a friendly community meeting point and in the evening it becomes a conflicting area of drug dealers, prostitutes and police.

In this project I`ve proposed a different layout for the São Paulo`s city pavement. The original pattern pavement was created by Mirthes dos Santos Pinto on 1966. (see pics. above)

A
partir de uma vista aérea da cidade foi feito um cartão postal e dez
pessoas foram convidadas para escrever sobre uma experiência em Dubai,
mesmo que nunca tenham estado lá. O cartão foi enviado a Dubai por um
courrier e enviado de volta para o artista pelo correio.
From
an aerial view of the city was made a postcard and people were invited
to write a few lines about an experience they had in Dubai, even if they
had not been there. The postcards were sent to Dubai by a courier and
sent back to the artist by Dubai’s post service.
